Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days following payment confirmation.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and official U.S. or UK public holidays.
During periods of high order volume or operational disruptions, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

We provide free standard shipping across the United States and United Kingdom.

Tracking Information
After shipment, customers will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates depend on carrier data availability.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for non-delivery, delays, or additional costs arising from incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is not received, the customer must first contact the carrier directly to initiate a trace.
If an order arrives damaged or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@askonik.com with photos of the packaging and product condition.
Claims and resolutions will be processed according to carrier policies. We may provide replacement or store credit where appropriate.
Shipping Area
We currently ship only within the United States and United Kingdom.
International shipping is not available at this time.
